Hotel Policies and General information

As a guest at Holiday Resort, our policies are designed to enhance your stay and ensure maximum comfort and convenience throughout. Please be advised that all guests including children staying at Holiday Resort are required to present valid identification upon check-in which may be either a passport or National ID. *Passport is mandatory for all foreign nationals. Please be aware of the following policies:

Access +

Biju Pattanaik International Airport: 60 Km.
Puri Railway Station: less than half km.
Konark Temple : 30 Km

Check in/ Checkout +

Our Check-In Time is from 11.00 A.M and Check-Out Time is until 9.00 A.M.
Early check in and late checkout shall be conveyed with prior information to [email protected] and can be arranged only on subject to availability.

Reservation/Cancellation +

CANCELLATION POLICY
1- No refund against confirmed booking, when cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date.
2- One day’s room rent will be the cancellation charge for confirmed booking when cancelled minimum 15 days prior to arrival date.
NO-SHOW POLICY
1- Guest should check-in before 6 P.M. of the arrival date, else will be treated as no-show to the Hotel.
2- For late check-in, guest must intimate to the Hotel.
3- In case of no-show, there will be no-refund of the advance paid.

Children and Extra Mattress +

Children above the age of 10 qualify for additional person rate when booking. Additional mattress can be provided on request.
